CAC Radio #94 – Thanks for the Memories, John Cena
CAC Radio – Episode #94

Welcome to the latest edition of CAC Radio. On this episode, we’ll take a look back at the John Cena’s legendary career. To do so, David Buckler (@dlb19338) is proud to welcome several guests to the podcast.
First, he talks with renowned author Greg Oliver (@gregmep), a longtime friend of the CAC. Many are familiar with Greg’s excellent writing as he has written many books about professional wrestling and professional hockey. On the podcast Greg talks about John Cena, today’s wrestling media coverage, the history of the CAC, and much more. Keep up with Greg’s career at oliverbooks.ca for more information about his books, media appearances, and upcoming projects. Recently he helped his friend Kurt Nielsen get “Howdy, Neighbor! Stan “Plowboy” Frazier and his Appetite for Life” published in August 2025.
Then David is joined by Dr. Mike Lano, one of the club’s featured photographers. Mike has a wealth of good stories about his years covering pro wrestling, and I’m looking forward to touching on the upcoming 60th reunion, today’s wrestling business, the dissolution of the territories, and of course the legacy of John Cena. All of that plus much more…
We hope you enjoy the podcast!
