Rest in peace Ursula Hayden and Bob Mulrenin

Ursula Hayden who played 1980's GLOW wrestling tv star "Baba the Farmer's Daughter" passed away this month. She wasn't the first Farmer's Daughter, debuting initially as heel "Princess of Darkness but was eventually paired with the first one in Beckie "Sally the Farmer's Daughter" Mullen. In 2001, she acquired the rights to the GLOW name and trademark, archiving and packaging as many original 1980's episodes as possible. She then aided and appeared in the GLOW documentary which caught the interest of the producer of the later Netflix GLOW episodic tv show who contacted Ursula. Ursula was a paid consultant and appeared on that critically acclaimed show. Ursula thought she'd beaten breast cancer years ago but had a recent recurrence, which took her life. She was part of our CAC GLOW awards night tribute Baloney Blowout a few years back in Vegas.

Wrestling also recently lost long-time pro wrestling photographer Bob Mulrenin who battled Esophageal Cancer since returning to his beloved New York home after covering the entire Wrestlemania weekend in Texas when he first had symptoms. He regularly came to our Vegas reunions, covering them on his wrestlingfigs.com popular site. Bob started shooting late 1970's WWF tv tapings and he soon covered important wrestling events all over the U.S. and he was one of the more acclaimed regular TNA/Impact backstage photographers working closely with talent and management. He also covered several Grammy and People's Choice Award televised shows. Bob was a close friend and one of the hardest working photographers out there and is missed greatly by our community.

We send our condolences to the family and friends of both.
