"Rolled Over" Reunion Tickets MUST be reconfirmed by JULY 15, 2022:
All members who had previously requested to "roll over" their 2021 banquet/reunion tickets from the September 2021 to September 2022 reunion MUST RECONFIRM their "roll over" and intent to attend this September's reunion.
Members must RECONFIRM their rolled over banquet ticket status and confirm their attendance at this September's reunion by emailing CAC EVP Rich Ingling at: email@example.com
This RECONFIRMATION must be done by July 15, 2022 to make sure that your ticket/lanyard is waiting for you at the 2022 Reunion.
A Purchase of a Reunion Ticket AND a current CAC membership are both needed:
Your CAC membership, either lifetime or annual, does NOT get you a reunion banquet ticket. The cost of the banquet ticket is over and above your membership dues. Always has been and always will be.
Also, as has also always been the case, all banquet and Bockwinkle Blowout dining events are open seating unless a table has been specifically reserved.
Members, excluding honorees, who desire a reserved table for our dining awards events must purchase 10 banquet tickets by contacting the CAC office and include the names of the ten people for whom you are purchasing reunion tickets for.
Plaza Hotel room, booking deadline:
The last day to book CAC discounted rooms will be no later than Thursday Aug. 25, 2022 (or until our block is sold out). Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hrs. of booked arrival will not be charged. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged a fee equal to one night room rate plus, applicable taxes.
Similarly, if members have purchased a banquet ticket and cannot attend the reunion for any reason all banquet ticket cancellation requests must be emailed to the CAC EVP no later than the end of day on Thursday Aug. 25. 2022. Failure to notify the CAC via email within the time period noted above will result in an automatic forfeiture of your banquet ticket payment and refunds will not be made available after this date. The email address to notify us of your non-attendance is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that notifying the CAC of your cancellation will not result in the cancellation of your hotel room. You must notify the Plaza, as stated above, to cancel your hotel reservations.
To get the passkey code to book your Plaza Hotel room for the 2022 reunion you must, first, purchase a 2022 banquet ticket. Within 7 days from your banquet ticket purchase you will be sent the hotel room passkey code, via email, by CAC EVP Rich Ingling. That passkey code will take you to a website where you will be able to book your hotel room at our discounted rates. Please note that the receipt that PayPal sends you immediately after you purchase your banquet ticket online is your proof of payment and should be retained by you, including bringing your proof of payment to the reunion in case of any discrepancies.
Please remember that in order to secure our 2022 Plaza Hotel room rate your membership must be current at time of purchase and at the time of the 2022 reunion and you must have purchased a 2022 banquet/reunion ticket.
Our hotel portal is being monitored and those who do not meet the above membership and banquet criteria will have their room cancelled as we get closer to reunion time.
