Billy Silverman started in pro wrestling in 1985 as a referee for International Championship Wrestling in New England.
He joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1986 as a nightly referee and refereed at WrestleMania 13.
In late 1997 Silverman signed with World Championship Wrestling and was employed there as a referee until WCW was purchased by Vince McMahon in 2001, after which he returned to the WWF until 2002.
Presently, a successful businessman, real estate developer, real estate asset manager, and consultant Billy owns his own real estate management company.
