How do I book my hotel room?
To book a room in the CAC block, you must first buy a membership and reunion ticket, after which you will be e-mailed information on how to book a room.
The special rate for CAC members is $43 a night, Sunday through Wednesday nights.
Information on memberships and tickets can be found HERE.
PLEASE NOTE: The cut-off date for discounted room rates is March 23, 2020. On that date, the discounted rate will no longer be available.
What ticket do I need to be able to attend all of the events?
In order to attend the Bockwinkel Blowout on Tuesday, the banquet awards ceremony on Wednesday, and all other reunion events (bowling, seminars, etc.), you must be a member of the CAC ($25.00 per year in the U.S.) and you must purchase a reunion ticket.
What functions of the reunion are open to the general public?
NOSTALGIA ROOM — open to the general public and free of charge. Wrestlers and other vendors will be there selling all kinds of great wrestling memorabilia. There is no set schedule for when certain wrestlers will be present. They come and go as they please during the hours the nostalgia room is open.
CASINIO ROYALE WRESTLING CARD — Both shows, held on Sunday and Monday nights, are free of charge and open to the general public. Those with a CAC banquet ticket are given priority seating.
BANQUET/SEMINARS/OTHER FUNCTIONS — A banquet ticket is required.
If you would like to attend the banquet, seminars, and other reunion functions, you can purchase a reunion ticket by clicking HERE
Will there be an opportunity to meet the wrestlers?
Yes, in the nostalgia room. The hours are typically 10am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The wrestlers themselves usually spend a few days in Las Vegas, so you may get lucky and meet them in or around the casino at some point! Keep in mind that the CAC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that helps out retired wrestlers who may fall on financial hardships. Your $25.00 yearly membership helps us to support these individuals.
How do I register for the seminars?
The seminars, planned by Ron Hutchison, are free to everyone who purchases a reunion ticket and is wearing a name badge. A schedule of seminars will be posted at the registration table. If you have additional questions, you can contact Ron through Dean Silverstone at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I would like more information about setting up a booth in the nostalgia room.
Jeffrey Compton is in charge of the nostalgia room. You can download a vendor contract HERE. For more information about securing booth space, contact Jeffrey at email@example.com.
How many autographs can I get?
Most wrestlers do not mind giving an autograph. However, keep in mind that this is not a FanFest, so we ask that you refrain from asking a wrestler to sign multiple items.
What does my banquet ticket cover and will I receive it by mail?
When you purchase your banquet ticket, your name will be recorded by the CAC treasurer. Your name badge will be waiting for you at the registration table in the nostalgia room. NO BANQUET TICKET WILL BE MAILED. If you purchase a banquet ticket through PayPal, we strongly recommend you keep a copy of your receipt and have it with you when you pick up your name badge/banquet ticket. Your name badge is an "all access" pass to all events planned for the CAC reunion, including the Tuesday night "Bockwinkel Blowout" and Wednesday night Banquet. We do ask that during the dinners and the awards presentations, no autographs or individual photos are taken. Feel free to take photos of the award winners at the photo staging area after the presentation of their respective awards, or after the nightly events have concluded.
How do I purchase a "Reserved Table" at the banquet?
If you would like to purchase a reserved table for the Blowout & Banquet, you will need to purchase ten (10) reunion tickets by sending a check or credit card to the CAC's Seattle office — 4138 187th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027 — and include the names of the ten people for whom you are purchasing reunion tickets.
Can I compete in the bowling and/or cribbage tournaments?
Everyone who purchases a reunion ticket and has a name badge is welcome to enter the tournaments. The tournaments are not about winning, but having a great time with your fellow CAC members. Plus, you never know who you may be bowling against! In the past, it hasn't been unusual to see people like Dick (The Destroyer) Beyer, Bob Orton Jr., Bill White, and others compete. Your entry fee is split between the trophies and the CAC benevolent fund, which helps those in need. You can register for the tournaments at the registration table located in the nostalgia room. The bowling tournament usually takes place Wednesday afternoon of the reunion.
Can I purchase a CAC reunion t-shirt without attending the reunion?
No. Official CAC t-shirts can only be purchased at the reunion. We usually sell out of them at the reunion and we have no presales prior to our time in Las Vegas.
Does the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino have a shuttle to and from the airport?
The Gold Coast does not offer a shuttle to and from the airport. However, it is Las Vegas and reasonably priced taxi service is readily available at both the airport and the hotel. The Gold Coast does offer a free shuttle to and from the Las Vegas strip. You can find that information on the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino website
Can you tell us who is attending the reunion that is not being honored?
We prefer to keep the guest list a secret so we'll have a few surprises when you show up in Las Vegas. Plus, major stars often make their travel plans at the last minute. However, we do mention a few names once they have confirmed and purchased reunion tickets and give us permission to announce they will be attending.
I would like to wrestle on the Casino Royale wrestling card. Who do I contact?
The CAC has no control over the Casino Royale wrestling card. It is handled by several different promotions working together to bring professional wrestling to the reunion. The main promoter of the show is Billy Blade and he can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
