This award is given to a rising star in the professional wrestling industry.  The Cauliflower Alley Club Board will review those qualified candidates on an annual basis and, with the advice and input of existing legends in the business, present this award to the person they believe most deserving.

The recipient of this award must be actively involved as a professional wrestler and should have the in-ring skills to make an impact.
