Dr. Ken Ramey

 Dr. Ken Ramey was born John K Ramey on August 21,1931.

John entered Professional Wrestling in the mid 50's. John started putting up the rings, selling tickets, and Refereeing in Georgia. Over the years, John refereed in thirteen territories.

In 1968 while in Florida, Dr. Ken Ramey started managing "THE MEDICS" (Jim Starr & Billy Garrett). left and went to Mobile, Alabama and managed "THE MONORES" (Flash & Rocket).

In 1969 went to Oklahoma and teamed with "THE MEDICS" (Jim Starr & Billy Garrett). In 1970 they changed the name from "THE MEDICS" to "THE INTERNS" and journeyed to Tennessee.

In 1971 Jim & Billy went to the Carolinas, Ramey went to San Francisco to manage Paul DeMarco.

In 1971 Billy Garrett quit Professional Wrestling and Jim Starr teamed with Tom Andrews. Dr. Ramey went back to Tennessee with them. From then on they worked San Francisco, Kansas City, Amarillo & Puerto Rico, in 1977 the team broke up.

Ken went back to San Francisco and managed Buddy Rose until 1979. San Francisco closed down.

In the 80's & 90's Ken managed some with Jim Starr in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Arkansas & Louisiana.

Dr. Ken Ramey last Refereed in 2002 in Louisiana. And has his sights set on Refereeing again in 2010.
