Pepper Martin
 
Prior to acting, Pepper Martin was a Professional Wrestler and TV Commentator. He entered the acting profession in 1965 and quickly found a new and exciting career. His first year as an actor, Pepper was in 14 shows, including 2 motion pictures. In the ensuing years, until the present, he has worked with some true legends of Hollywood. His friend and mentor Woody Strode, Lee Marvin, Dean Martin, Sharon Tate, John Wayne, Burt Reynolds, Henry Fonda to name a few and in such classics as "The Wrecking Crew", "The Longest Yard", "Superman 11", Cahill US Marshall". All together 37 feature films and over 150 T. V. shows, "Police Woman", "Rockford Files", "Police Story", etc.

                                            

Pepper studied acting at the "Theatre Craft Playhouse" in Los Angeles under the direction of Rick Walters where he became hooked on theatre. In the years that followed, Pepper went back and forth from stage to the silver screen. He appeared in such plays as " The Time Of Your Life", "Of Mice and Men", "The Royal Family", "Dear Ruth", The Investigation", and is a member of the prestigious Plumsted Playhouse in Los Angeles. Pepper was nominated "Best Actor" of the year in 1982 by the L.A. critics and Drama log.

Pepper was born in Hamilton Ontario, Canada. At sixteen he joined the Royal Canadian Navy. While playing football for "NAVY" he suffered a knee injury which resulted in Surgery and discharge. Soon after he married his childhood sweetheart Jordy, they have been married for 48 years and have two daughters Terry & Judy and four grandchildren.

He likes to brag, "I'm the only man to beat up Superman and live to tell about it!"
